Terms of Service

By accessing Nebulae Cloud, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, API keys, and SSH keys. You must not share your account with others or use the platform in ways that violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform or violate these terms.

You may run any workload on the platform that complies with applicable law and does not interfere with other users or the platform itself. Prohibited uses include: unauthorized access to other systems, distribution of malware, cryptocurrency mining without written permission, spam, phishing, and any activity that violates the terms of our upstream providers.

Paid plans are charged from your wallet balance. Subscriptions auto-renew from the wallet balance unless cancelled. Insufficient balance results in suspension after a grace period, then deletion after thirty days. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, maintenance, or third-party failures. You are responsible for backing up your data and for designing your workloads to tolerate interruption.

Nebulae Cloud is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay for services, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be removed according to our standard retention policy.
