Privacy Policy

When you use Nebulae Cloud, we collect: your email address and hashed password (to authenticate you), a username (to display in the interface), the resources you create (services, VPS, GPU instances, databases, buckets, functions, cron jobs), and your wallet balance and transaction history.

We also log IP addresses on authentication attempts, wallet deposits, and administrative actions for security and abuse prevention.

Account data is used to authenticate you and to render the interface. Resource data is used to run your workloads. Wallet data is used to process payments and subscriptions. Logs are used for security, debugging, and abuse detection.

Account and resource metadata is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on the same infrastructure as the platform itself. Resource files (service code, bucket contents, VPS filesystems) are stored on disk on the same host. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes — the plaintext is shown once and never retained.

We use Groq for the AI support assistant. Messages you send to the assistant are relayed to Groq's API for processing. We use Telegram for optional account linking and support contact. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

You may request an export of your account data at any time from the account settings page. You may delete your account, which will remove your resources and personal data from our systems. Deletion is permanent.
